Clay is the Principal Broker, President and Co-Owner of Chrismarr Realty. He is a graduate of the University of Mary Washington and has been a member of the Fredericksburg community for over 20 years. He and his lovely wife Christina reside in South Stafford and have been blessed with three adorable children.
Clay joined Chrismarr as a licensed agent in 2002 with a primary focus on commercial sales, leasing and land sales. In 2005 Clay obtained his associate broker’s license and in 2010 he and Christina took over ownership of Chrismarr. Clay’s primary focus as Broker and owner of Chrismarr is to ensure the real estate needs and expectations of every client or customer have not only been met but exceeded.

Amy started her real estate career by joining Chrismarr in 2010 as an office manager. Amy and her husband Dave raised their daughter in Fredericksburg and have been happy to call it home for over 20 years.
